The Challenge
A statewide education association representing approximately 23,000 members sought to strengthen organizational culture, improve communication, and build a more effective leadership pipeline.
Leadership identified communication silos, inconsistent leadership development opportunities, challenges navigating difficult conversations, and concerns regarding equitable access to leadership opportunities throughout the organization.
The organization wanted to better understand employee experiences, strengthen engagement, and create a more inclusive and sustainable leadership development model.
